This discussion will be moderated by our CEO Joshua Caulfield and Board Member Howard Bleiwas, EA. The purpose of this discussion is to allow an open dialogue for members to talk about the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and how it and its actions relate to the IRS and the Treasury Department. NSA would like to make clear that as an organization, we do not express any political viewpoints. As well, while politics in such a discussion might inevitably pop up, no personal attacks will be tolerated during the course of this discussion should you choose to participate.

Joshua Caulfield, IOM, worked in non-profit associations since 1997 and has been the CEO of six organizations resulting in significant revenue and membership growth. Mr. Caulfield has received presidential awards from the American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS) and the American Medical Student Association (AMSA) and earned the US Chamber of Commerce’s Institute of Organizational Management (IOM) certification.
Joshua is a published author of several articles and books on Organizational Management and Membership Recruitment, including “Outreach: Recruiting Members Painlessly”.
He is an accomplished speaker on technology adaptation, pricing policy, and leadership topics and he has developed programs for the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
