Professional Liability for Accountants

  • Registration Closed

Professional liability claims cost money as well as time and potentially damage to an accountant’s reputation.  This webinar will identity potential sources of professional lability claims by studying claims data and claim examples made against accountants.  Risk management practices, such as utilizing engagement, disengagement and nonengagement letters, client selection, avoiding fiduciary obligations, and adhering to professional standards, will also be reviewed.
